A multi-million custom home builder was in need of inbound marketing. The company struggled with seasonal peaks and valley in signing on customers. Through the use of inbound marketing, customers were able to more readily find them.

By researching and conducting interviews, we developed personas of the company’s ideal customers, giving them a competitive analysis. We created a marketing plan to share their knowledge, build relationships and increase leads.
Results: Increased Sales
Within the first six months, the quality of inbound leads increased significantly. In fact, a new customer found them online and closed on a home within three weeks providing a positive return on investment from the deposit alone.
