A regional destination needed to define its marketing personas. Due to changes in the retail environment and poor reviews, the attractions were struggling. They were doing a million-dollar investment to revitalize their AMC Theatre location, but weren’t spreading the word. This was their chance to reinvent themselves as an entertainment destination.

We started with a marketing workshop to brainstorm ideas for their ideal customers. Once we had pinpointed their marketing personas, we launched a multi-month campaign of articles, social media posts, events, and influencer and media outreach.
Results: Improved Social Media Traffic
They experienced a substantial increase in media pickup for the grand re-opening of the AMC Theatre location. Because of this result, they hired us to provide content marketing and PR support for additional events and openings.
