CompTIA’s ChannelCon Insights
Have you ever heard the saying “your vibe attracts your tribe”? Well, that saying rang true at CompTIA ChannelCon 2024. We learned much, but also felt even more embraced by the MSP community. We also gave a talk on MSP marketing that was a blast.
What We Learned
Our CEO, Margee Moore, attended a panel discussion led by executives from SVP Operations, OIT and Moovila, about being your authentic self even in your professional life. Especially in leadership, authenticity helps foster an environment of trust and openness. By being genuine, you inspire others to be themselves and create stronger connections and more effective collaboration.
Speaking of stronger connections, another great opportunity for MSPs to build them is through presenting talks. The ability to share your wisdom and help others is a great way to give back. At CompTIA ChannelCon 2024, we were able to share our thoughts on AI and marketing to boost your MSP’s success.
“One of the best moments of the conference was going down an escalator and a person going up pointed across and said ‘Really liked your talk. Good job,’” Margee says, making her feel like she provided value and was a part of a community.
Margee found inspiration in learning about what community members are up to and about them in general. It’s a great way to discover new and innovative things that will put their mark on the world.
As always at these conferences, it was inspiring to take part in the events and learn from the community’s collective wisdom. We’d like to thank everyone who attended our talk and stopped by our booth.
