Business Development Manager - Cincinnati or Hybrid

Job Location: Cincinnati, Ohio or Hybrid

BigOrange Marketing. LLC (BOM), seeks an enthusiastic Cincinnati Business Development Manager to join our team and provide creative ideas to help achieve our B2B business development goals. Specifically, you will have administrative duties in developing and implementing BOM’s new client acquisition strategies.

As a Sales Development, you will collaborate with our marketing and sales team in all stages of marketing and sales development campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our sales channels.

Working directly with the CEO and the Sales & Marketing Team will help you acquire new skills and provide you with knowledge of various business development strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in sales which will prepare you to enter any fast-paced work environment.

THIS JOB WILL BE REMOTE AND IN-OFFICE 2-3 DAYS/WEEK

Responsibilities

  • Gain in-depth BOM services knowledge through in-house training 
  • Understanding of how BOM solutions solve our customers’ business challenges 
  • Research online industrial databases and publications for outreach list building and finding ideal Account Based Marketing Targets
  • Manage the lead generation & nurturing processes 
  • Manage and update customer relationship management systems (HubSpot)
  • Research industry related topics, market trends, competitive intel, and report out
  • Develop well-structured process for researching, generating, and connecting with prospects
  • Create sales and emails scripts for cold outreach to build sales funnel
  • Conduct cold calls daily to connect with prospects and book discovery calls
  • Help organize automated emails and prospect lists for targeted campaigns
  • Participate in weekly meetings and customer facing sales calls to gain experience in conducting and selling in a technical B2B environment

Requirements

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce and CRM Systems
  • Highly motivated, organized, and self-directed problem solver
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
  • Solid understanding of different sales techniques
  • Ability to use relevant online B2B market research tools; collect and report out findings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Google and MS Office suite
  • Familiarity with marketing automation software and online applications (e.g. social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), CRM tools (Hubspot), Online publishing, Google Analytics & Adwords)
  • Passion for technical sales and sales development
  • Ability to work 16-20 hours per week, Ability to work at our office 2-3 days per week
